Refund & Replacement Policies

If you received an item that is damaged or faulty we will happily replace the item at no additional cost to you. Please contact us within 48 hours after receiving yours.

We will need a photo of the damaged item to send to our fulfillment center to get a replacement item.

Our policy lasts 10 days. If after 10 days have gone by since your purchase arrived, we unfortunately can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

We can only offer you replacements at no additional cost if it falls under below criteria:

Items are faulty – damaged/broken or soiled upon arrival.
We do not accept returns or refunds if customer changes their mind after receiving their order(s).

The buyer is responsible for any tax, or charge that their state/country or municipality charges when the item reaches the destination. 

Note: Americian Patriot Wear will not be held liable to any lost or misroute parcels. Please ensure that all the information you have provided is correct before submitting your order to prevent losses in mail or other mishaps from happening.

 Cancellations

You may request a cancellation within 2 hours of purchase. We then have to contact our fulfillment center to stop your fulfillment.

Do you ship internationally?

NO. We only ship to the U.S.

 Will my order be shipped in multiple parcels?

If you place a large order, it may be fulfilled in multiple shipments.

 Processing Times

Shirts & Mugs might take 5 to 10 business days to ship. Processing includes checking, packing, and sending your orders to the post-office. After all these procedures, the tracking number will be provided to you. Processing time should be added to the total delivery time.

Delays

In very rare occasions, the delivery may take longer than the standard shipping time stated above. 

Separate Shipments

We strive to only ship complete orders. However, in particular cases, your order can be split into several packages.
